KUNG FU FOR BEGINNERS

Kung Fu for Beginners is about training basic forms and empowering the body, mind, and spirit to express Kung Fu through Shen Fa. Gua rotations, Thoracic spine movement, foot work, vision training, movement generation, targeting, coordination, and more.

SELF DEFENSE FOR BEGINNERS

A comprehensive approach to the need for self defense strategies, conflict management, energy defense, human personality, the disintegrative effects of stress on the personality, loss of coping skills, AND most importantly “The Right To Harm with Impunity.”
Learn about the Culture of Harm and Impunity and how to build the integrity to powerfully and respectfully assert your right to be respected.
